I wish I had each person's name to give deserved credit to these individuals. (You know who you are!) After arriving way past any acceptable arrival time due to circumstances beyond our control, we were given understanding, we were welcomed, and we were helped with provisional parking. Absolutely no complaint from the gentleman in charge. He was so kind to help me with much luggage and offered to help with anything else we needed. and the daytime gentleman made calls for us, advised us, and made every effort to save us time and money. He was efficient and very patient to offer solutions. He was cheerful and encouraging. Thank you so much to everyone at Hotel sublime! You will be our first choice if we make it plan to visit pokhara again!

Amazing ambiance, very friendly and helpful staff members. The food is absolutely delicious and hygienic. Loved my overall time of stay . Such an amazing manager . Felt like home .

The manager janak was quick to resolve a misunderstanding with the pricing of the room and helped us reach a suitable outcome. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious and nice.

Staff is very friendly & kind. They did everything as I told them Owner is also very helpful he booked my flight ticket. Location is great.
